This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the developer of Estimate Companion Pro (“Developer”) governing the use of the Estimate Companion Pro mobile application (“Application”).

By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Developer grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Application for personal or business use in accordance with this Agreement.

This license does not grant ownership of the Application or its underlying software.

2. Purpose of the Application

Estimate Companion Pro is designed to assist contractors and service professionals in generating estimate descriptions, scopes of work, and related documentation.

The Application provides tools that help organize job descriptions and estimate language for convenience.

The Application does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific project.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing all generated estimate content

• Verifying pricing, materials, labor, and job scope

• Ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and licensing requirements

• Confirming all details before presenting estimates to customers

The Developer does not verify or approve any estimates generated through the Application.

4. No Professional Advice

The Application does not provide professional, legal, engineering, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, or financial advice.

Any information generated by the Application is intended for general assistance only.

Users must rely on their own professional judgment when preparing and presenting estimates.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses

• Incorrect estimates

• Contract disputes

• Construction errors

• Code violations

• Project delays

• Business losses

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. No Warranty

The Developer makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of generated estimates

• Reliability of content

• Suitability for specific jobs

• Compatibility with local codes or regulations

All use of the Application is at the User’s own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and features within Estimate Companion Pro remain the property of the Developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

• Copy the software

• Reverse engineer the application

• Redistribute the application

• Use the application for unauthorized commercial resale

8. Updates

The Developer may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Application at any time without prior notice.

9. Termination

The Developer reserves the right to terminate access to the Application if the User violates this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws where the Developer operates.
